Privacy statement

XCITING PRODUCTS uses a secure server (xcitingproducts.qnetau.com) to make sure your information is transmitted safely. Any information you provide is used only for the purpose of processing and sending orders, receiving payment and providing information that relates only to us. We will not use your details for any other purpose and will not pass them on to a third party under any circumstances.

HOW TO ORDER & SHIPPING INFO

Online by Credit Card:

Step 1: Simply browse or search our site to find the products you are interested in. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button (don't worry, you can always remove them later if you change your mind). When you add an item to your cart you will be taken to the shopping cart page, which shows you what is in your cart. From this page, you may continue shopping, or proceed with your purchase by clicking on the "Checkout" button.

Step 2: Once you are ready to make a purchase, click on the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart page. We'll need to know your name and address (don't worry, we won't pass your details on to anyone else) and you should enter an easy-to-remember password of your choice so you can save time when you shop with us in the future. Once you have filled in all your details, click the "Submit" button.

Step 3: Select your payment method. Credit card in this case.

Step 4: Review your order and details if they are incorrect. Once you are happy that all details are correct, click only once on the "Process Order" button. You will be transferred to our secure gateway through PayPal to safely enter your creditcard details. All your information is encrypted for safe transmission to our warehouse. Our staff only have access to your order and delivery details - only PayPal has access to your creditcard details we DONOT store these details in any way.

Over the Phone by Credit Card:

If you prefer, you may order by phone 0414 424 462. It is a good idea to go through steps 1 and 2 above then select phone credit card during checkout. Review your order and click only once on the "Process Order" button. This way, we will have a copy of your order minus payment information. Then simply call and one of our friendly customer service staff will process your order. Our lines are staffed 8.00 am to 4.00 pm (EST) Monday to Friday.

Post Order with Cheque, Money Order or Credit Card details:

It is possible to place an order by post and enclose your credit card details, a cheque or money order for payment. However, you do run the risk of items in your order becoming unavailable by the time your order is received through the post. If you do adopt this ordering method, please print off your order from the web site as outlined in steps 1 and 2 and select postal order as your payment method. Review your order and click only once on the "Process Order" button. This way, we will have a copy of your order minus payment information. Please also ensure that you include your daytime phone number and email address so that a customer service representative may contact you if an item has become unavailable. You may then choose an alternative item.

Fax Order with Credit Card details:

You may fax your order through to 08 8242 6745. Place your order as outlined in steps 1 and 2 above, and select fax as your payment method. Review your order and click only once on the "Process Order" button. Print the invoice and Fax with your credit card details.
